The Kids Care Club of Ridgebury Elementary School in Ridgefield, CT has completed their February Hope for Haiti: Have a Heart fundraiser, raising $700 for Ridgefield Responds: Hope for Jacmel, Haiti. In the Have a Heart program, children made $1 donations and received a heart sticker from their teacher. The children were encouraged to do chores at home to earn their $1 which was then donated. The children then placed their sticker on large heart posters near the cafeteria. The proceeds, along with the posters full of heart filled stickers, will be sent to Jacmel. Thank you to all the children, teachers and parents who made this wonderful, love-filled fundraiser possible.
